Therapy, Structure, and RiseWithTech

I didn’t start therapy because I was weak.
I started because I was breaking — and I didn’t want to stay broken.

After being left completely broken in my love life, I spiraled.
Not just because it hurt…
But because it felt like no matter how much I showed up, it never seemed to matter.

That’s when I realized:
I couldn’t wait on someone else to bring me peace.
I had to build it myself.

Step One: Naming the Truth

The first step of my healing process was the hardest:

“This is over—not because I wanted it to be, but because she chose silence.”

It wasn’t about blaming her.
It was about freeing myself.

I had to admit:

  • She wasn’t going to respond.
  • I was holding onto hope that wasn’t holding onto me.
  • I couldn’t keep carrying her silence and my feelings at the same time.

So I wrote it down. I said it out loud. I breathed it in. Repeated It.

That was Step 1.
The cornerstone.
The moment I stopped waiting for closure—and started creating it.

Step Two: Structure Over Spirals

Once I faced the truth, I needed a new system—something to catch me when my thoughts spiraled or the pain kicked in.

That’s where Step 2 came in:

  • I sent my final message.
  • I committed to a no-contact / social media detox.
  • And I started a daily ritual to protect my peace.

The daily ritual is the part that changed everything:

The last of my daily ritual was to do one act of self-respect a day. This could be make your bed, cook a meal, text someone who lifts you up or even start something creative. I went with the last option.

And that’s where this site—Rise With Tech—was born.

This Isn’t Just a Blog

This isn’t a tech blog written by a perfectly put-together expert.

It’s a recovery space.
A structure.
A digital home for growth, healing, and real skill-building.

Every post here will be a balance of two things:

  • Healing through structure
  • Professional growth through technology

Why It Matters

I’m not here to pretend I have all the answers.
But I do have a plan.
And I’m sticking to it.

Rise With Tech is part of that plan.
It’s where I put my pain to work.
Where I turn heartbreak into structure.
And where I rebuild—one journal entry, one post, one step at a time.

Call to Action

So if you’re hurting, confused, or just ready to rise—
Welcome.

Let’s build.
Let’s heal.
Let’s rise.

Because you don’t need permission to start over.
You just need a plan—and the courage to follow through.
