How I’m building forward — with purpose, peace, and momentum.
Phase One was survival mode. It was about finding my footing again, rebuilding my peace, and learning that I could stand after the ground fell out from under me.
Phase Two? This is about building something unshakable — not just bouncing back, but moving forward in a way that leaves the old me in the dust.
Here’s what that looks like.
Step 1: Keep the Rituals Alive (Daily Maintenance)
The habits that got me through recovery aren’t “temporary fixes” — they’re how I live now.
My Daily Ritual Checklist:
- Protect My Peace: A morning intention or quick journal entry.
- Hydrate: Because energy and focus start here.
- Move: Cardio, strength, or at least get my steps in.
- Feed My Faith: Scripture, prayer, or reflection.
- Fuel Right: Eat like I respect my body.
- Create: 15+ minutes on a personal or creative project.
- Mantra: “You are still the catch. You weren’t rejected — you were redirected.”
Optional but powerful: a quick read or journal note before bed.
Pull Quote: “You weren’t rejected — you were redirected.”
Step 2: Solidify Rise With Tech (Weekly Growth)
I started Rise With Tech during my healing phase. Now, it’s my engine for personal and professional growth.
Each week, I commit to:
- Publish 1 blog post (alternating between tech and personal growth)
- Share 1 Instagram post that promotes the blog or reflects my journey
- Brainstorm 1 future idea (course, newsletter, reel, etc.)
- Connect with 2–3 people who support my vision
It’s not just about content. It’s about building a community and brand that can outlast any storm.
Step 3: Level Up My Skills (Professional Development)
I’m not just working in IT anymore — I’m working toward leading in it.
Each month, I set one clear technical goal — finish a course, earn a cert, build something real. I block time each week to work on it.
And I share what I learn, because progress that’s documented becomes part of my story.
Step 4: Reopen to Love, Gradually
I’m not rushing this part. The difference now is — I’m not chasing. I’m attracting.
When the time feels right, I’ll:
- Revisit my red and green flags
- Check in: “Am I still fully showing?”
- Maybe update a profile, but not go looking
- Say yes to a date only if it feels light and easy
- Walk away the moment it feels like chasing
Step 5: Recheck the Plan (Every 2 Weeks)
Every two weeks, I ask myself:
- Did I stick to my rituals?
- Did I protect my peace?
- Did I grow creatively or professionally?
- Am I still moving with confidence and do I feel more successful?
If something slipped? No shame — just recalibrate.
Step 6: The Long Game (3-Month Focus)
By the end of the next three months, I will:
- Launch a mini-course or product via Rise With Tech
- Hit a personal fitness milestone
- Publish 12+ blog posts
- Feel open to dating without losing my center
- Be more me than ever — calm, confident, focused
Final Word
Phase Two isn’t about trying to be perfect. It’s about living like the man I fought to become — consistently, intentionally, and without compromise.
Pull Quote: “Keep showing up. Keep stacking wins. Protect your peace.”
