Rise With Tech: Learning, Growing, and Making Habits Stick
Hello All,
Week One of our course journey taught me something important: even when you launch a course, there’s always room to improve how information is delivered. This week, I’ve taken the lessons from last week and redesigned the articles from part one of course one so that it’s easier to follow, includes clear examples, and gives you everything you need to succeed.
At the same time, today marks 21 days of consistent daily habits for Step One of Phase Two of my therapy. I’ve noticed something incredible — what started as a recovery routine has now become a true habit that shapes my day.
Let’s dive into what’s new, what I’ve learned, and how you can apply it.

What I Learned:

- A course isn’t just about launching — it’s about working through it step by step, with clear guidance and practical examples to help learners succeed.

Part 2: 21 Days of Habit Wins
Consistency is powerful. Today, 8/18/25, marks 21 days of daily habits for Step One of Phase Two of my therapy. What I’ve realized is that these aren’t just temporary exercises — they’ve become real habits that shape my life.
My Daily Ritual Checklist:
- Protect My Peace: Morning intention or quick journal entry
- Hydrate: Because energy and focus start here
- Move: Cardio, strength, or at least get my steps in
- Feed My Faith: Scripture, prayer, or reflection
- Fuel Right: Eat like I respect my body
- Create: 15+ minutes on a personal or creative project
- Mantra: “You are still the catch. You weren’t rejected — you were redirected.”
After 21 days, I notice:
- Less mental clutter in the morning
- More energy throughout the day
- A stronger sense of purpose and control
- My daily rituals are no longer something I have to force — they happen naturally
Tip for You: Pick one ritual this week to focus on. Even one small habit, practiced consistently, builds momentum for the others.
