Technology

This week, the Network Administrator course officially goes live — a major milestone for the RiseWithTech learning ecosystem.
You can now earn downloadable certificates for three courses to pair with your completed work portfolio. These certificates are more than just digital badges — they’re proof of real progress, real projects, and real growth in your IT journey.

Therapy

There are two new posts this week, both part of my ongoing journey of self-leadership and calm awareness.

Therapy Session: Managing Hypochondria (Part 1)
When health anxiety hits, my mind goes to the worst-case scenario — a mark becomes a threat, a thought becomes a spiral. But this time, I chose a different response.
I paused, breathed, and reminded myself: “Right now, I’m safe. My body has carried me through every worry before.”
This session taught me that being a man isn’t about never feeling fear — it’s about mastering the moment between fear and reaction. Instead of Googling symptoms, I turned the energy into reflection, writing, and calm. That’s what real self-leadership looks like.

Therapy Session Follow-Up: The 24-Hour Check-In (Part 2)
A day after my session on managing hypochondria, I did the 24-hour follow-up. This time, there was no panic — just calm observation.
The spot on my forehead wasn’t danger; it was healing. The worry on my wrist wasn’t proof of a problem; it was proof that my mind was learning a new response.
I realized peace doesn’t come from being certain — it comes from staying present. That’s the 100-Man Way.

Motivational Minute

“Growth begins the moment you stop reacting and start responding with purpose.”
Every challenge — whether in tech or therapy — is a test of how you choose to meet the moment. Calm is your competitive edge.

Closing Thoughts

Each week, I’m reminded that progress isn’t about adding more noise — it’s about refining your signal.
Whether you’re learning network fundamentals or mastering emotional balance, both paths lead to the same destination: clarity, confidence, and control.

Stay consistent. Stay calm. Stay 100.
