Day 2 – Learning to Trust the Process

I set my timer and started writing.

What am I feeling right now?

I hadn’t really thought about that question today until now. I guess you could say I’m focused. I’m back in the swing of my daily therapy tasks. Yesterday, for the first time in a while, I completed everything I needed to—even the optional part. Today, I kept that momentum going. I also worked through the remaining questions I had about the framework and ended up reading more than one chapter.

How do I want to show up today?

I want to show up confident in knowing what’s expected of me. My goal is for today to be the last time I question the daily tasks. Instead, I want to trust the process and stop overcomplicating it.

What is one thing I can complete today?

One thing I can complete today is choosing a new design template for my blog. There are still questions about how I want to structure the site, but I can make progress by redesigning it and giving it a fresh start.

Beyond myself, I also created a daily routine for my mom. I love her and want the best for her, so I hope this routine will help support her as she continues becoming the best version of herself.

Today reminded me that progress isn’t just about doing more—it’s also about learning to trust the structure I’ve already put in place.
