Day 22 – Ending the Day Well

What am I feeling right now?

Right now, I’m feeling okay.

I just started exercising for the day after waking up later than usual. I finally fell asleep shortly before 6:00 a.m., so my schedule is a little off.

Since waking up, I watched a movie and spent most of the day relaxing.

It’s a little after 10:30 p.m. now, and I’m just beginning what feels like my “morning” routine.

Honestly, nothing has been weighing heavily on my mind today. It’s been a quiet, ordinary weekend.

How did I want to approach today?

I’m not completely sure how I wanted to approach the day itself, but I know how I want to end it.

I want to finish the day feeling productive.

That means reading through Chapter One of the course textbook I designed and continuing to move toward becoming the man I want to be—and, more importantly, learning how to remain that person once I get there.

What is one thing I can complete today?

Besides reading Chapter One, I also want to continue reading the novel I started a few weeks ago.

Reading is optional in my daily framework, so I don’t do it every day. Tonight, though, I want to finish another chapter before bed.

Sometimes a successful day isn’t determined by how it begins, but by how intentionally it ends.
