How am I feeling right now?
As I get ready for bed tonight, I feel nervous.
I feel scared.
I feel uncertain.
Tomorrow is the day I’m finally taking a step toward finding out what may be causing my balance issues. The unknown has been weighing heavily on my mind.
How did I approach today?
I approached today with focus, even though I was carrying a lot of stress.
Lately, I’ve been feeling burned out and increasingly frustrated at work. This morning I hit the snooze button a few times—both literally and, in a way, metaphorically.
But once I got up, I committed myself to the day and stayed focused on what needed to be done.
What is one thing I completed today?
One thing I completed today was finding a way to get our Trussville location a tablet as quickly as possible.
I came up with an idea, presented it to the team, and then put the plan into motion.
Additional Reflection
Today I found myself being more reserved than usual.
I mostly kept to myself because my mind stayed occupied with thoughts about my health.
I truly hope my balance issues turn out to be something simple.
No matter what tomorrow brings, I’m proud that I’m finally taking the step I’ve been putting off for so long.
Sometimes the hardest step isn’t knowing the answer. It’s deciding to ask the question.
